During my undergraduate years in the mid to late 1990s, I developed a keen interest in screen-based computing interfaces and user interactions as traditional offline services transitioned to the online realm. This interest naturally led me to become a (G)UI designer, focusing on various web construction projects after graduation.
Around 2005, driven by intellectual curiosity rooted in cognitive psychology and behavior analysis, I pursued graduate studies and concurrently engaged in UX projects to enhance my expertise as a UX professional. In practical work settings, I applied UX Research, Heuristics Evaluation, and Usability Testing in service design.
Since around 2008, with my tenure at 11th Street, I've been actively involved in operating front-end user areas of online commerce platforms. Over the past decade, I consistently performed service planning, UX research, and improvement tasks.
My core interest lies in the diverse forms of customer transaction services offered online and the user experience of those who consume these services in large volumes. I find energy in new experiences but also enjoy the comfort derived from familiar ones.
While I celebrate the digitization and innovation that permeate many aspects of modern life, I also value analog elements that bring warmth and a sense of intimacy. Over the past 20 years, I've planned, designed, and communicated with users through online interfaces, and I hope to continue providing better user experiences in various online transaction service domains.
Looking ahead, I aspire to extend my passion beyond the somewhat stagnant field of online transaction businesses and contribute to providing superior services in different business areas through online platforms.
